Story Plot
Oscar is a underachieving con-artist who works at the local Whale Wash and often times, he always fails at his get-rich-quick schemes. Lenny is the son of a Shark gang who's different from the others. But when his brother, Frankie, gets accidentally killed, Oscar takes credit for being the Sharkslayer.
