Synopsis

On April 21st 1980, in a small town, an explosion occurred from a power plant, resulting in several lives to be lost. Since then, the town had been given the name 'Rot'. It's now present day, and a journalist comes to the remains of the town, only to see strange, and often twisted sightings.
