group of eccentric gym-goers dreams of taking on the most prestigious bodybuilding competition, the Olympia, they get an unexpected coach: a washed-up, larger-than-life former champion (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger). Known for his own iconic victories in the past, the coach is now living a low-key life far removed from the spotlight. But when the quirky crew of trainees convinces him to train them, hilarity ensues.
