Synopsis

Tommy Oliver, best known from his countless Ranger titles, is now the head of an organization called the Hexagon. In 2003, Hexagon recruits three people as their Rangers. However, not all Rangers are on the side of the government, as there are rebel Rangers, known as the Beetle Rangers.

Description of Nosey the Clown:

Nosey the Clown is a nose/comedian-based monster, sent by Shimazu to use his comedic wits against the Rangers. Nosey is a goofy monster that loves to toy with his enemies with his stand-up routine. He is also very loyal to Shimazu. Nosey can use comedic dialogue and hand gestures to perform his attacks towards his victims.
