Synopsis

Tommy Oliver, best known from his countless Ranger titles, is now the head of an organization called the Hexagon. In 2003, Hexagon recruits three people as their Rangers. However, not all Rangers are on the side of the government, as there are rebel Rangers, known as the Beetle Rangers.

Description of Bopp-A-Roo:

Bopp-A-Roo is a kangaroo/roulette monster, that was created by Zurgane and Archerina to beat up the Hexagon and Beetle Rangers, now as one team. Bopp-A-Roo is very similar to an archetypal gym teacher/drill sergeant, always telling others to work out and always be strong, he also has somewhat of a DJ personality too, hip hop and always confident in his abilities. Bopp-A-Roo has a training wheel on his chest that displays six abilities he can use in battle and fights with red spiked boxing gloves.
