Synopsis

In a world where Pokemon think, talk and act as humans do, a great tragedy has occurred. The balance of time and space has been disrupted, and the universe has splintered, with its oncoming destruction eminent. And amid the wreckage, two young Pokemon call for a savior, and are met with a human transformed into a Pokemon! But as they journey to fix their shattered realms, they find that their world isn't the only one that has been affected—and that their new friend was far from the first human to embark on such an expedition... ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Mystery Dungeon "All-Stars" game and an accompanying OVA series. Description of Bosses (Secret):

Within the main story of Shattered Worlds, there are five secret boss fights that can only be unlocked if you have high enough bonds with certain members of the Band—these members being Mudsdale, Cyclizar, Araquanid, Yamper, and Zoroark/Wooloo. Use this to vote on which Pokemon those bosses should be! Don't suggest Pokemon that are already used in the story or legendaries unless stated otherwise. Check the comments for an overview of these fights!

    • tildeheart @tildeheart Mudsdale is a battle against himself - he's succumbing to the Shattering's effects and reverting to his old aggression. Normally he'd sacrifice himself to save the player before he can succumb fully, but if he's bonded with you enough, the player will get to fight him to bring him back to his senses

    • tildeheart @tildeheart Cyclizar's is a gang battle - after getting into a fight with Zoroark, Cyclizar leaves only to get ambushed by Pokemon turned aggressive by the Shattering. Normally this would kill him as the rest of the group arrives too late, but if you've bonded with him enough, the player and partner will go after him and they'll all get ambushed! It would be two boss Pokemon with gang members of their pre-evolved forms, and after beating them to a certain degree, Miraidon will come to your rescue

    • tildeheart @tildeheart araquanid's should be a pseudo legendary or otherwise powerful non-legendary Pokemon. Resources are getting drained so she's seeking a special artifact that would make growing food much easier, but it's guarded by a Pokemon that demands she prove herself in combat. She fails normally and her fate is unknown, but if she's bonded with the player, the player and partner will help her and you three will fight the boss! Grass types are preferred but not necessary

    • tildeheart @giacomooffredi that's sort of the idea! I also took a bit of inspiration from Undertale for the game's story - particularly the whole concept of the ending you get being dependent on how nice you are to those around you
