Synopsis

Driven by an anonymous tip, investigative journalist Miles Upshur ventures into the derelict Mount Massive Asylum, unaware of the horrors that await. Brutal Variants, victims of Murkoff's inhumane experiments, stalk the decaying corridors. As Miles uncovers the twisted secrets of Dr. Trager and the Morphogenic Engine, he must make choices that will determine his fate and the future of the asylum. Will he sacrifice himself to stop Trager and liberate the Variants, or succumb to the darkness and perpetuate the cycle of abuse?
