nathanbates I’ll always have a soft spot for DeVito’s Penguin. He frightened the heck out of me when I was a kid but I was also morbidly fascinated (why was was his blood black?) On top of that, he’s a pretty accurate amalgamation of Tonald Drump and Steve Bannon!
