Synopsis

After Raiden & Kung Lao were tested to be Earthrealm's chosen champions, Liu Kang heads to America to find new recruits: washed-up action star Johnny Cage & former Yakuza Kenshi Takahashi. With four chosen champions found, they get trained and prepared for the one to represent Earthrealm against Outworld.

Description of Kenshi Takahashi:

Kenshi is a former Yakuza who's part of the Taira clan which renamed Takahashi. Finding Johnny Cage bought Sento, he seeks to get it back from him. Johnny doesn't believe his story though after their fight. But it changes when Liu Kang's presence is known. Kenshi gets trained in the Wu Shi Academy for the selection of representing Earthrealm in Mortal Kombat. Kenshi is chosen to fight Raiden.
