After the events of No Way Home Peter Parker (Tom Holland) starts a new life in New York and after being forgotten from everyone including his friends and as he becomes his own Spider-Man, Peter is still trying to make his friends remember him just as his class goes to the annual New York Halloween Festival until one night Doctor. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) shows him that he's not the only one who arrived in their universe and he sees an army of different Spider-Man variants who were waiting for him such as Miles Morales (Isaiah Russell-Bailey), Peter B. Parker (Glenn Howerton), Spider-Woman (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), Spider-Punk (LaKeith Stanfield), Spider-Ham (Ben Schwartz), Spider-Man Noir (Keanu Reeves), Spider-Man 2099 (Diego Boneta), Silk (Vada McGraf), Spider-Gwen (Emily Alyn Lind), and now the Spider-Army and his friends try to stop a rogue spider Synthozoid clone called Kaine (Doug Jones) and the only evil Spider-Man in the universe Wolf Spider (Scott McNeil) who want to wants their blood and to use it to finally conquer Earth, with the Spiders in danger, they have to join forces and put aside their differences in order to stop them and save everyone in the Multiverse.
