Fan Casting Destro in Martin Campbell's G.I. Joe

Destro is a shrewd multi-billionaire arms dealer with an Alexander the Great complex and a plan to reshape the world through nanomite weapons and gene-doped super-soldiers. He recruits Rex, mutates him into Cobra, and unleashes the nanomites at Area 59. He believes weapons make the world and that the strong should rule.
