Synopsis

A respectful remake released between 2025-2034, remake of the 1933 classic and adaptation of the 1932 novelization by Delos W. Lovelace. Far beyond the horizon lays fog bank, and in this fog sits a lonely island. A greedy film producer assembles a team of moviemakers and sets out for the infamous Skull Island, where they find more than just cannibalistic natives. A film crew goes to a tropical island for a location shoot, where they capture a colossal ape who takes a shine to their blonde starlet, and bring him back to New York City.

Description of Ann Darrow:

My casting for Kiernan Shipka as Ann Darrow comes from my own What If on YouTube, as well as her performance in Totally Killer. Olivia Holt as my second choice was solely inspired by her performance in Totally Killer, a great set of pipes. Hayden Panettiere has been of interest. Now, as for Emma Watson, that casting is inspired by how many back in the day wanted her as Ann. I voted 'No' because she's semi-retired.
