Children of the Shadows
Less than 500 years ago, when the factious infighting that beset Japan required reconnaissance, intelligence and spying in order to ascertain who exactly one's enemies were or might be in the near future, ninjas were at the top of the list. But for centuries, ninjas have gone dark. Now, in the 21st century, that is about to change. In a country so ancient, as well as so connected, the ninja are beginning to make a comeback, birthed from certain Yakuza sectors. And now, one ninja must navigate a new era of Feudal Japan, while overcoming his own conflicts within.
