Description of Jessica Midnight:
The UN's newly appointed liaison to the Justice League. The Justice League rehab project is her idea. She was disgusted by Amanda Waller's use of supervillains as expendable weapons and noted that even after they have served their sentences through missions the villains often returned to crime. She strives to do better then her.
