Earth 28, one of the seven unknown Earths of the local multiverse. It's a universe that's similar to Earth 0, but different in so many ways. Instead of Superman, Clark Kent is the teenage superhero prodigy known as Superman with Black Lightning (Vigil Hawkins) and Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes). Batman is partners with who you'd think is his greatest enemy, Jack Napier a.k.a The Joker. Wonder Woman is a centuries-old Japanese woman named Tomoe Gonzen, and the Flash, Green Arrow, and Black Canary make up a team called The Legends. Description of Jack Napier (The Joker):

Jack Napier was a victim of an attack made by the Lioness where he was dropped into a vat of chemicals, only to be saved by the Dark Knight himself. When he came to, he found that Batman was one of his life long friends, Bruce Wayne. After realizing what the Lioness had done to him, he wanted to fight the injustices of the Underground, so he partnered with Batman and became the man who would laugh at the face of death, the Joker. He's a goofy, risky taking foil to the calm and calculated Batman, always having some sort of trick up his sleeve. Though, he can get just as scary as Batman, maybe even scarier.
