Earth 28, one of the seven unknown Earths of the local multiverse. It's a universe that's similar to Earth 0, but different in so many ways. Instead of Superman, Clark Kent is the teenage superhero prodigy known as Superman with Black Lightning (Vigil Hawkins) and Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes). Batman is partners with who you'd think is his greatest enemy, Jack Napier a.k.a The Joker. Wonder Woman is a centuries-old Japanese woman named Tomoe Gonzen, and the Flash, Green Arrow, and Black Canary make up a team called The Legends. Though, there is one thing that this world has in common with its alternates. For every justice, there is an injustice. And that injustice is Brainiac.
