Sasha Calle as Aaliyah Corazon: A kindly but determined young girl who aspires to become a professional racer to honor her late mother's legacy; she is trained by Shawn Zimmerman, her godfather, and befriends his other trainee Amara and later develops feelings for her. Aaliyah drives a red 2010 Dodge Charger, and later a black red-striped 2010 Dodge Challenger, which had belonged to her mother who used it in a 2011 championship. Because of her feelings towards Amara, she is bisexual. The name Corazon means "heart" in Spanish, with Calle describing her character as "someone who lives up to that name." Emma Tremblay portrays a young Aaliyah.
