Johnny Blaze, better known as the hellish Ghost Rider, continues to do his job as the devil's bounty hunter by punishing the guilty by sending them straight back to hell, making himself known more and more to the population. But his notoriety is spotted by the B.R.P.D. that sends against the Spirit of Vengeance the greatest bounty hunter of the paranormal: Hellboy. The demon hunt begins.
