Description of Marcel Moreno:

Marcel is somewhat of a nerd, he probably knows more about outer space than all his high school science teachers combined. He researches for fun, something Suki makes fun of him for relentlessly. He bonds over his love for literature with Jess, even though the things they read can be widely different. He came out as trans to Suki and Valerie around a year ago and told Jess once he felt comfortable around her. He can be very emotionless and often sarcastic, pretty much the exact opposite of his girlfriend, Valerie. Valerie is pretty much the only reason he hasn't run away from Revere, he can't really picture a life without her.
