Stone, Scarlett recruits Snake Eyes and promises answers about her past and her father, with the team together they try to uncover the Baroness' plan and because they capture the Minister and two other leaders, we are introduced to Cobra Commander the leader of the Cobra terrorist organization that in possession of the ministers and leaders of India and China he plants a bomb in their heads for them to deliver prototypes of a possible "cure for cancer" but in the hands of Baroness it will become a hallucinogenic toxin that will be thrown in Genoa, Italy during the meeting with UNO, the plan consists of when everyone is hallucinated they drop an atomic bomb and kill millions of people as a "demonstration" of their power, after a confrontation in Beijing after trying to prevent the leader from delivering the crab project, but fail after a conversation between Joe and Snake he reveals that his father was one of the founders of GI Joe and who infiltrated the Cobra to seek his mother's whereabouts and stop a snake core attack so he was killed, after discovering the Cobra's plans for Project Crab, Snake Eyes decides that he will deactivate the bomb while the team defeats it. Cobra's henchmen and Duke and Scarlett try to stop the hallucinogen from being thrown through the air, on the ship, on the Cobra's ship the final battle between Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes begins, Scarlett and Duke cannot stop the hallucinogen's release they try to launch the cure in the air but the system needs to wait 2 minutes to launch the cure, but there is a problem because the Bomb will explode in 1 minute, Snake Eyes after having a big battle with Storm Shadow that ends up running away, decides to take the ship with the atomic bomb to the bay , and then the bomb explodes and the cure is thrown into the air, in the end Joe feels guilty about Snake's death, and the team goes out for a few beers. Post Credits Scene: Baronessa and Storm Shadow go to Cobra Commander's room saying they underestimated the G.I. Joe's and he just states that this is just the beginning and then Zandar walks into the room saying it's time to come out of retirement.
