Cobra's henchmen and Duke and Scarlett try to stop the hallucinogen from being thrown through the air, on the ship, on the Cobra's ship the final battle between Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes begins, Scarlett and Duke cannot stop the hallucinogen's release they try to launch the cure in the air but the system needs to wait 2 minutes to launch the cure, but there is a problem because the Bomb will explode in 1 minute, Snake Eyes after having a big battle with Storm Shadow that ends up running away, decides to take the ship with the atomic bomb to the bay , and then the bomb explodes and the cure is thrown into the air, in the end Joe feels guilty about Snake's death, and the team goes out for a few beers. Post Credits Scene: Baronessa and Storm Shadow go to Cobra Commander's room saying they underestimated the G.I. Joe's and he just states that this is just the beginning and then Zandar walks into the room saying it's time to come out of retirement.
