Description of Duke Count Maria Rita Vittorio Balabam:

(45 years old) Balabam is the master and absolute head of the Mega Firm. He is very cruel to the employees, especially to Fantozzi. In the Fantozzi film it is said that no employee (apart from the protagonist) has ever seen him and therefore many consider him only an abstract entity or a legend. In the first episode he proves to be rather affable towards Fantozzi, but in the following chapter he reveals all his wickedness towards him, as well as in the following chapters of the saga.
