Synopsis

story begins with Seattle, Washington being plagued by a series of murders, which Edward Cullen suspects is caused by a newborn vampire with an uncontrollable thirst for human blood. While Edward and Bella enroll in colleges, Bella tells Edward that she wants to visit her friend, Jacob Black, a Native American Quileute who, like some other members of the tribe, can turn a wolf into a wolf. Edward worries about Bella's safety, but she guarantees that neither Jacob nor the wolf pack would hurt her. During a visit, Jacob tells Bella that he is in love with her; he wants her to choose him over Edward. Bella tells Jacob that she regards him only as a friend. Meanwhile, Alice Cullen has a vision that the vampire Victoria has returned to Forks. Victoria seeks to kill Bella to avenge her mate, James' death.

Dean He and One of Seattle's Newborn Vampire Army Member When Riley, their caretaker, entered the newborns with freshly burnt ashes in the basement, he realized that his newborns had killed one of them again. In a fit of rage, he attacked some of them for their inability to coexist and think logically. Dean was hit in the "entertainment center", while others had their limbs uprooted. Dean was part of the clan's plan to destroy the Cullen family. However, he was killed in the battle against the Cullen and Quileute wolves, along with the rest of his clan
