toonking1985 Claudius is a giant hulking brute (kinda similar to Max from Cats Don't Dance and Lothar from The Rocketeer), he is 13 feet tall, he resembles a cross between the 2012 TMNT version of Frankenstein and the Kong: King of the Apes version of King Kong with slasher elements like a mask similar to Jason Voorhees' mask, and he is drawn and animated in a Klasky-Csupo art style (particularly that of Aaahh!!! Real Monsters)
