Synopsis

An American computer animated musical fantasy comedy film. Produced by Walt Disney Pictures, it is a prequel of the Aladdin (2019), which is the remake of Disney's 1992 animated film of the same name, which was based on the eponymous folktale from One Thousand and One Nights. The film opens over ten thousand years before the events of Aladdin. An order of genies called "the Seekers of Wonder" travel across the seven deserts to create a massive, tiger-shaped cave in which to hide their most powerful mystic artifacts and valuables. Ani the Majestic (Young Genie), enjoys spending time with his best friend and love interest, Wiyawi The Royal. However, an evil djinn named Daneqol The Mysterious put a curse on the lamp, stating that one genie will be trapped for ten thousand years in the Cave of Wonders and forgets about the victim's love ones and memories until the "diamond in the rough" wishes him or her to be free. Will Ani be the one?
