Fan Casting Children of the Corn

In two neighboring small towns,a mysterious malevolent force takes control of the children and compels them to kill their parents and live Old-Testament style amongst rows of corns,sacrificing themselves and any older siblings on their 19th birthday(Or as they call it "the age of sin").Now,this force seeks to extend its reach to even more innocent children.Can it be stopped or is it as The Children say "All harvests for He-Who-Walks-Behind-The-Rows"?
