Synopsis

Our world is in peril! Gaia - the primordial spirit of the Earth, can no longer stand the destruction plaguing our planet. She sends five magic rings to five special young people. When the five powers combine, they summon Earth's greatest champion - Captain Planet!

Description of Kwame:

A young African man from Kinambura township in the Western African Republic. Kwame is a young handsome, intelligent, and euphoric but also quiet, calm and quite serious, though he does enjoy ribbing his friends - particularly Wheeler. He comes from a tribal background where he worked as an advocate to help his tribe adapt to the modern world while also standing up against the local warlords and corrupt government. He also spent much time in the wilderness, sabotaging poachers' vehicles and weapons to help protect the native wildlife. He is the unofficial leader of the "Planeteers" and wears the Earth Ring.
