After Jay knocked the helmet off of the Phantom Rider, he thought it was Mimic the Octopus. But it was actually a hedgehog. It was Jason!!! He used his teleportation ability to get into Sonic's house, and snag the Phantom Rider suit and do the hero stuff, and put it back whenever he was done. Then the Phantom Rider that was doing the crimes was Mimic the Octopus, who had found the perfect cover for his crimes in Green Hill City. The times Blue Justice fought the Phantom Rider, it was either Jason or Mimic! There have been TWO Phantom Riders THE WHOLE TIME!!!! While Jason did it to be remembered, Mimic must have done it to exact his revenge on Sonic, and it worked! But Mimic wasn't done yet.
