Fan Casting Blue Justice II: The Phantom Rider

For Jay, life as Blue Justice, protector of Green Hill City, is easy-peasy. That was until a masked figure came to town: the Phantom Rider. Sonic used this alias before, but that was years ago. Now someone is the NEW Phantom Rider, committing crimes, and putting the suit in Sonic's house so he'd get the blame! With his famous father arrested, Jay's family and all his friends were never looked at the same way again. People started to hate them! Jay was furious enough to hunt down the Phantom Rider and clear Sonic's name. But there is a third party that could be related to the Phantom Rider, maybe even a suspect: an old enemy known as Mimic the Octopus!
