Blue Justice came to answer the report of masked robbers that have hijacked a truck loaded with explosives. he was on the job, but someone on a hoverboard wearing a helmet masking his face did the job for him: the Phantom Rider! When he was done, he simply told Blue Justice to don't stand in his way and no one will get hurt. As he went away, Jay took a picture and ran home to show his father, who was looking for something in his closet. Minutes after showing the picture of the Rider, his suit ended up in Sonic's closet and that was the thing Sonic was looking for! Jay thought Sonic was the Rider, but he says he never touched the suit. The Rider that he met must have been a different guy!
