In the year 2140, after a highly successful career in the British Royal Navy, Robert Wills Stone III, aka Blake Stone, is recruited by British Intelligence as an agent, where he learns of Dr. Pyrus Goldfire, a mad scientist and leader of STAR Institute, who plans to conquer Earth and enslave humanity with his army of mutants.
