Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)read more

Description of Professor Zoom/Reverse-Flash (Eobard Thawne):

Eobard Thawne was the Flash's biggest fan. He wanted nothing more but to work side by side with the Flash. Thawne had no superpowers back then, but decided to recreated the same accident like the Flash which gave him super-speed. But after seeing how violent and lacks compassion needed to be a hero, Flash rejected Thawne. So he decided to become a super villain instead. Zoom will do anything to get what he wants and always have his personal goals. He's sadistic and ruthless, able to kill anyone with his speed.
