Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)read more

Description of Penguin (Oswald Cobblepot):

Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, also known as The Penguin, was one of Gotham City's most dangerous criminals who later hid his activities under the guise as a trendy restaurateur as owner of the Iceberg Lounge. Unlike most of Batman's rogues gallery, the Penguin was not insane, as he would be sent to Stonegate Penitentiary (Gotham Prison) if found guilty of a certain crime, instead of Arkham Asylum where his "fellow rogues" went for rehabilitation.
