Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Mr. Freeze (Victor Fries):

Dr. Victor Fries was the former husband of Nora Fries. He was also a scientist who specialized in cryogenics, and through tragic circumstances, became the supervillain known as Mr. Freeze. Freeze cares nothing about money or power; he only cares about revenge for those who has done terrible things towards him. But he still cares about Nora and will to do anything for her.
