Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)read more

Description of Harvey Bullock:

Lieutenant Harvey Bullock was a top investigator for the Gotham Police Department who worked directly under Commissioner Gordon. Known for his love of food, he was still quite an effective cop in his own right, although probably not quite as effective as he would like to think he was. He doesn't trust or like Batman, even considering him a criminal at times, but has still teamed up with him to keep Gotham safe on numerous occasions.
