Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Harley Quinn (Harleen Quinzel):

Harley Quinn, real name Harleen Quinzel, was the sidekick and on-off girlfriend of the Joker. She occasionally struck out on her own, and often served as a companion/accomplice to Poison Ivy. Harley Quinn is depicted as a wild and manic young woman with an immature, squeaky voice.
