Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Dr. Psycho is one of Wonder Woman's deadliest foes. His strength lies in his ability to read people's minds and use their worst fears against them. He can also create real-life nightmares to frighten victims, hallucinogenic powers, and telepathy. Dr. Psycho is a sarcastic and impatient man fully aware of his own competence and skill.
