Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)read more

Description of Despero:

Despero is an intergalactic conqueror and enemy to the Justice League. The ruthless tyrant ruler of planet Kalanor, he possesses incredible mental powers in addition to his great strength and intellect. Despero demonstrates a strong preference for action over words, especially when competing against his opponents. He is a silent warrior who lusts for battle and victory against powerful beings. Despite of him being ruthless, he has a code of not to kill "unworthy opponents" and lack of interest fight against magic-users, which is why he'll used the "third-eye" to mentally beats his opponents.
