Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)read more

Description of Captain Cold (Leonard Snart):

Captain Cold's real name is Leonard Snart, who became emotionally cold as a child as a result of his abusive father. He became a criminal as a thug and tried to develop a weapon that could defeat the Flash. After reading up on thermodynamics, Cold designed a gun that could freeze objects and perform other cold-based attacks. Despite his emotionally cold demeanor, Captain Cold actually does have a moral code of sorts; such as "no drugs" and "no killing"unless it is necessary (such as killing his sister's murderer)
