Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)read more

Description of Captain Boomerang (George "Digger" Harkness):

Captain Boomerang was a criminal, originally from Australia but based in Central City. Like many of Central City's criminal element, Boomerang frequently ran afoul of the Flash. Captain Boomerang is "Digger" Harkness, an Australian hired as a boomerang promoter by a toy company owned by his biological father. After being ridiculed by the audience, an angry Harkness used his boomerang skills in crimes.
