Gotham City is once again under attack by escapees from Arkham Asylum. The Riddler, Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, Ra's Al Ghul, and Egghead. Batman and Robin team up with the commissioner's daughter Batgirl to investigate the crimes and the culprit while tackling each villain terrorizing the streets of Gotham.
