Story Plot
A deformed criminal called The Penguin rises from beneath the sewers and takes the position of mayor as a plot to kill Gotham City's firstborn sons with the help of corrupt politician Harvey Dent, and Catwoman who wants revenge on her boss for screwing up her life. Only Batman can stop this trio of evil and save the city!
