Description of Gabriella Clarke:
She is the orphaned daughter of Mayor Clarke and she survived the incident but it turned her into a conduit with electricity powers and left her kissing a normal life goodbye and she's upset that the SPD Power Rangers just kill people as they please and now she can't use guns because they'll explode when she touches them and she can't touch water and she can't sit in a car without it exploding.
