The Year is 2024, 2 years after MechaGodzilla's defeat in Japan. Godzilla and his family now raise their son, Jr, who has grown larger as the weeks go by. However, peace never lasts as Apex Cybernetics has two new adversaries revived to battle against the Titans. Their mission is to Destroy All Monsters, and all Titans must band together to stop the coming war and invasion heading to their world.

Terror of MechaGodzilla

Three weeks have passed since the defeat of CyberZilla, Apex Cybernetics has since finished work on a newly rebuilt and remade MechaGodzilla to defeat Godzilla once and for all. Monarch explores Birth Island and come across an egg, unaware it belongs to Godzilla and his mate known as Gojirin. With the two, along with their adoptive son known as Minilla hunting for the egg, Apex now has a shot to kill Godzilla once and for all.

Zilla

Five days have passed since the defeat of Biollante, Godzilla hasn't been seen since returning to the ocean. With his disappearance, a breed of Titans known as Mutations begin to grow restless and diverge on New York City. Monarch's Humanitarian Environmental Analysis Team, led by Niko "Nick" Tatopoulos have only one hope to defend the city. A large mutated marine iguana known for not attacking anyone in New York City, known to everyone as Zilla.

The Year is 2022, 2 Weeks after Skar King's defeat, Godzilla is in Rome, currently continuing his evolution. During this, a man by the name of Genichiro Shiragami goes rogue against Monarch, with the goal of reviving his Daughter with the DNA of a rose and Godzilla. With this plan destined to bring about disaster, Godzilla must face the the coming disaster head on and save the world once again.
