Gumball and Darwin gather characters for a group photo at a Cartoon Network building, a different building than the one we know, which is closed. The different CN headquarters is in the fictional universe where the short was released. This concept breaks the rules. It has background characters, one-timers, WB TV Animation characters, characters they lost the rights to, rejected pilots, and live-action characters.
