Deathstroke and Mr. Freeze are the main villains who hold their vengence with a tight grasp, making a good contrast to Bruce. Harley and Victor are mainly causing crime for their own gain, as expected. Firefly has a short but impactful appearance, mainly having a grudge for James Gordon, showcasing what terrifying threat Barbara has to face against in the future.
