Godzilla: New Beginnings
After destroying the Xiliens, the Earth is saved. Godzilla has made peace with humanity after 50 years. But while the world rebuilds itself, the final war has brought a new beginning. Beneath the Earth, a subterranean cult of mutants threaten to take over with their roster of giant monsters. The Gotengo crew and their newly built superweapon, Jet Jaguar, fly to Monster Island and call Godzilla for help. The war between human and mutant is decided through the clash of titans!

Extracted DNA of Godzilla from 3/11/1999 is being used as a bio-formation test to create a new MechaGodzilla (named Berserk) while other sources are used from other kaiju in the past to create an army of Mechas. Godzilla and Kiryu wake up and rise back up to Tokyo to battle the Mechas.

Gamera vs Godzilla: The Final War (2005)
Last time, the monsters were defeated. Rodan lay fallen, and Godzilla claimed his place as King of the Monsters, seated upon a throne of scorched rubble and ruin. But his reign is finally challenged by the one true guardian destined to face him: Gamera. Meanwhile, humanity stands on the brink of extinction. Deep within an underground shelter, scientists propose recreating the Oxygen Destroyer using modern technology. Ogata is reluctant at first, unwilling to betray the memory of his old friend, Dr. Serizawa, and the sacrifice he made so long ago. But with no other hope left, he agrees. If humanity as well as other kaiju life are to survive, Godzilla must be destroyed once and for all. As preparations for the weapon begin, Gamera, with Rodan fighting at his side, confronts his long-awaited enemy. In the ruins of a dying world, Gamera and Godzilla clash in a final battle to the death.

Godzilla: Sea of Fire (2004)

Godzilla, Mothra, and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack (2002)
The destruction of a US submarine raises alarms for Admiral Tachibana. His estranged daughter Yuri, is working on a pseudo documentary when she comes across the legend of the three guardian monsters. The guardians are awakened by an old man, Hirotoshi Isayama, who informs Yuri that Godzilla, embodying the restless souls of the victims of Pacific War, has returned to destroy the nation for having forgotten the suffering of the war. As Yuri and her colleagues investigate, Admiral Tachibana and the guardian monsters attempt to defeat an unstoppable and vengeful Godzilla.

Godzilla vs M (2001)
Just one year after the Rodans’ sacrifice, Godzilla raids again. An astronaut and a single father named Takegami returns home to his daughter, Sara, in Mt. Fuji. After his space travels, he unknowingly catches a virus within him and slowly his body starts to change. While scientists study Takegami and try to find a cure, Takegami starts going through changes and slowly turns into a gigantic humanoid monster named "M". Sara tries to protect Takegami from the SDF who don't believe in the notion that he turned into a monster and try to shoot him down. In the meantime, Takegami (M) makes an effort to battle the King of the Monsters himself, Godzilla, in order to protect his loving daughter and Japan.

Godzilla 2000: Retaliation (2000)
Godzilla returns from the dead as it vows to destroy humanity. The Japanese government and military forces try to neutralize the threat, but many innocent lives die in the process. Meanwhile, an egg is discovered in Mount Aso and is at risk of being sighted by Godzilla’s rampage. Two pteranodon monsters, the Rodans, battle Godzilla to save their child.
