Doctor Doom: Ashes of Sokovia

After Ultron destroyed Novi Grad, the remnants of Sokovia were annexed by surrounding nations. Sokovia no longer exists, its people divided and scattered, abandoned by the Avengers. Now, after years studying abroad, Romani sorcerer and scientist Victor von Doom returns to the ashes of his home with a vow to protect his people. Using science, sorcery, and iron will, Doom reclaims annexed territory, reunifies Sokovia, and restores its historical name: Latveria. Opposed to Doom's rise to power is Valentina de Fontaine, who enlists the help of Helmut Zemo, a former Sokovian royal and old enemy of Doom.

Hopeless Folk

Without vibranium, they bond Cho's synthetic tissue with MacLain's adamantium, combining it with Chitauri, Ultron Sentry, and Dark Elf tech as well as the confiscated Stark A.I.s E.D.I.T.H., T.A.D.A.S.H.I., and J.O.C.A.S.T.A., all stolen from Damage Control Deep Storage. They bring the synthezoids to life by siphoning residual energy from items affected by Scarlet Witch's Mind Stone enhanced Chaos Magic.
