Doctor Who (series 14)

The Doctor" was the primary alias used by a renegade Time Lord from Gallifrey who travelled through time and space with various companions in their obsolete and "borrowed" Type 40 TARDIS. He has been considered the universe's "greatest defender", having saved the cosmos countless times throughout a long life, becoming a great legend across the whole universe.

The Lost Boys The beginning

David, Marko, Dwane, Paul, and another teen named Jasper prowl the San Francisco docks as thieves and murderers. They make the mistake of robbing and shooting a well dressed foreign fellow named Vlad. They take a huge quantiy of gold off his "corpse" and ride off to a snobbish resort in Santa Carla. At the Santa Carla Hotel and Casino, David meets a Russian princess named Anastasia Rostov. Also at the hotel are Viktor and Radu Frogiere, a pair of Romanian immigrants working as waiters and Chef Emerson and his five year old root beer loving grandson. Much to David and his gangs consternation, Vlad shows up in the hotel dinning room "alive" and well. Vlad sends a waiter over to their table with a gift; two bloody bullets. They try to leave the hotel but are attacked as they are galloping away along the cliffs. They are snatched off their horses and carried away one by one. In the morning when they awaken they appear to be perfectly fine although the sun hurts their eyes.

As Roland travels across the desert in search of the man in black, whom he knows as Walter, he encounters a farmer named Brown and Zoltan, Brown's raven. Roland spends the night there and recalls his time spent in Tull, a small town Roland passed through not long before meeting them. The man in black had also stayed in the town; he brought a dead man stricken by addiction to the opiate-like "devil grass" back to life and left a trap for Roland. Roland meets the leader of the local church, who reveals to him that the man in black impregnated her with a demon. She turns the entire town against Roland, who is forced to kill everyone. When he awakens the next day, his mule is dead, forcing him to proceed on foot.
