The Monk

Sometime after regenerating into a younger form and regaining full control over his TARDIS, the Monk came into contact with Davros, and agreed to help him destroy the Thals before the Thousand Year War could begin. He provided the technology to allow the Daleks and Davros to travel back and extended the reach of his TARDIS to allow any Daleks brought back in time to still exist once the Thals had been wiped out. He later privately confided in the Doctor that he intended to lower the reach once again after Davros had been placated to remove the Daleks from time as well.

The Rani

Ushas, better known as the Rani and known more formally as Ushas of Miasimia Goria, or, in other accounts, as simply Rani, was a renegade Time Lady and member of the Deca. A brilliant but cold neurochemist, she knew the Doctor and the Master when all three were young and became an enemy of the former and an unwilling ally of the latter

The Master — known at times by various other aliases — was a renegade Time Lord, a power-hungry "lover of chaos" who served as both a friend and the arch nemesis of the Doctor.

The Doctor

The Doctor", a title which embodied their promise to the universe, was the main alias used by a mysterious renegade Time Lord from Gallifrey who travelled through time and space with various companions in an obsolete and "borrowed" Type 40 TARDIS. They were the universe's "greatest defender", having saved the cosmos thousands of times throughout a long life, becoming a great legend across the universe.

The Master Doctor WHO Beyond

Like the Doctor, the Master would also flee from Gallifrey in a TARDIS of his own, and fully embrace his darker nature. The Master then went on to fight various battles against the Third Doctor and UNIT during the Doctor's exile on Earth, even spending a short period also trapped on the planet after his dematerialisation circuit was briefly stolen by the Doctor and when he was imprisoned on Fortress Islandafter being arrested by UNIT, until he was able to orchestrate his escape with the aid of the Sea Devils
